Ingredients: 100 % pure, inner Lapacho bark, cut
Recommended Dosage: add 1 heaped tablespoon tea to ½ litre water and simmer for approx. five minutes and leave to infuse for a further 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice whilst pouring the tea, helps release the mineral elements.
